Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate, external or marketing communications with multinational companies
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful campaigns or events that engage senior-level external stakeholders (e.g. key opinion leaders, influencers, press, governments) in highly regulated industries
  • Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and culture change
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Russian and English
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead small teams
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively
  • Ability to simplify and present complex issues clearly and act on feedback
  • Solid understanding of regional dynamics and the ability to assess the tone and impact of communications efforts
  • Experience working in a complex matrix organization and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • High integrity, demonstrating ethical and professional standards in all communications and interactions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a regional communications strategy and action plan that strengthens GE HealthCare’s brand positioning and visibility across diverse stakeholder groups—including customers, business leaders, industry associations, and government entities—aligned with business priorities, Company’s global narrative, and regional context and guidelines
  • Lead media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all communications matters, providing strategic counsel and insights
  • Support the regional Managing Director with executive communications, including for external speaking opportunities, stakeholder engagements, employee events and key letters
  • Create and localize content consistent with the company’s global narrative and regional context; drive amplification across digital and traditional platforms
  • Partner with HR to foster employee engagement and affinity by clearly communicating the company’s strategy, priorities, and progress
  • Enforce GE HealthCare communications standards across functions and businesses for written materials, internal and external send-outs
  • Support corporate functions and businesses in editing and reviewing high-profile documents and presentations for external audiences
