Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Communication, Digital, or related field
  • First professional experience in Communication (2-year internship or CDI)
  • Perfect mastery of English with excellent writing skills

Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing the annual communication plan for the EMEA & LATAM Division, focusing on editorial and digital strategies
  • Pilot the editorial animation for the EMEA & LATAM Division: identify key topics, propose engaging formats, ensure regular updates to strengthen team pride and alignment
  • Manage the division's intranet: write and publish articles in English for internal and external platforms (intranet, newsletters, website)
  • Track performance indicators and analyze data to adjust priorities and strategies
  • Create employee testimonial content for Tarkett Group's social networks (LinkedIn) and internal digital tools (intranet, screens, etc.)
  • Support the design, deployment, and animation of internal campaigns in the EMEA region
  • Coordinate communication projects involving multiple contributors and external agencies
  • Apply best practices in storytelling, content formats, and channel mix to maximize campaign impact
  • Contribute to preparing the Division's annual or biannual managerial events
  • Design and monitor a dashboard of communication performance indicators (KPIs) for the Division
  • Track content performance (analytics) and propose strategic adjustments
  • Monitor budgets related to digital tools, content production, and external providers
  • Track costs and optimize spending on communication projects
