Responsibilities

  • Execute internal campaigns that keep associates informed, inspired, and connected
  • Support content creation for newsletters, town halls, internal and external events, culture initiatives, organizational updates, and leadership messages
  • Support external storytelling to build brand awareness and strengthen reputation in the market
  • Coordinate with PR agencies, from reviewing press releases to preparing media responses and talking points
  • Assist identifying media opportunities and managing interviews and press events
  • Partner with internal and external partners to determine needs and provide creative, effective solutions
