Responsibilities

  • Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
  • Collaborate closely with local subsidiaries to forecast demand and secure a reliable, cost-effective supply chain
  • Conduct market and category analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-optimization strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial) to align sourcing initiatives with business objectives
  • Support Kaizen initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance supplier performance and overall supply chain efficiency
  • Conduct supplier site visits and evaluations across Europe (travel up to 30%)
