Responsibilities

Mobilize to the site, review scope and schedule with the local client, confirm client-approved working hours, confirm dumpster and storage container placement, confirm approved Superintendent and subcontractor staff parking, and confirm approved crew entrance and exit to the work site
Coordinate work of all subcontractors in the field
Direct and oversee the daily operation of all subcontractors to achieve successful project completion
Enforce crew dress code (BBMK/BlueTeam uniform t-shirts), accurately record daily crew members and activities, prepare and submit all project-related paperwork on time, and conduct regular quality checks of ongoing production
Ensure job site safety and quality of work (no rework/call back), conduct and record Weekly “Toolbox Talk” safety meeting every Monday of the active project
Prepare and submit Daily Crew Activity Sheets and Project Field Reports (submitted daily by 9 am), Weekly Status Reports (submitted to PM by 12:00 pm EST every Thursday), Incident Reports (submitted within 1 hour of a reportable incident), Personal Expense Report (submitted by 9:00 am EST Monday), and Weekly Tracker (submitted by 9:00 am EST Monday)
