Responsibilities

  • Taking the lead in needs analysis and learner persona research to inform training design
  • Designing and developing an engaging training course from start to finish, which may include any or all the following: graphic designs, video, eLearning modules, job aids, and assessments
  • Assisting in organizing and structuring course content for clarity and effectiveness
  • Maintaining version control and documentation of training assets
  • Partnering with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members to ensure transparent and efficient project tracking
