Valid driver's license
Pass a background check
1-2 years customer service experience
Construction/roofing industry experience preferred
2+ years experience in commercial roofing (repairs, production, or sales)
Experience in EPDM, TPO, and PVC membrane roofing installation
Familiarity with modified, shingle roofing, and metal standing seam roofing (preferred)
Ability to read drawings and spec books (or willing to learn quickly for take-offs, estimates, and proposals)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to communicate professionally with business owners and property managers
