Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales)
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Proposals
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills

Responsibilities

  • Compile and submit required tender documentation in line with Company standards and requirements
  • Manage complex short to long-term commercial projects, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with contract commitments
  • Conduct commercial activities on fast-paced, highly complex markets
  • Coordinate sales teams involving applications, engineering, planning, legal, risk, finance, and other required activities
  • Lead an assigned geographical area with medium-sized estimated orders
  • Develop a strong understanding of Customer, market dynamics, competition
  • Actively develop and utilize financial and non-financial analytic/metrics as needed
  • Foster the Company core values and ethic behaviors
  • Be involved in other internal strategic activities or initiatives under the competencies of the Center of Excellence commercial team
