Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales and financial reports
  • Support service sales team members by providing data and recommendations regarding sales opportunities, pricing, and insights from analyses
  • Manage data related to entered contracts and the installed base of devices in the CRM system
  • Prepare and analyze key business indicators and participate in the sales forecasting process
  • Support sales initiatives and assist in projects aimed at improving processes in service and sales departments
  • Get familiar with systems supporting contract administration and installed devices, as well as tools such as Salesforce and Power BI
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments
  • Perform data analysis related to revenues and costs
  • Support in improving sales processes
  • Enhance data quality in systems
