  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the drivers of revenue growth, monetisation, and marketing performance in a digital business
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior leadership, with confidence in advocating for strategic priorities in senior forums
  • Skilled at translating financial and non-financial metrics into actionable insights and narratives for business leaders
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to land clear, compelling performance narratives
  • Experience leading business cases, evaluating investment opportunities, and shaping commercial strategy
  • Collaborative and trusted relationship-builder, able to work seamlessly across diverse functions and disciplines

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted finance leader supporting the Candy Leadership Team, providing input and challenge on commercial strategy, resource allocation, and investment decisions
  • Drive financial accountability for Candy’s performance and outlook, ensuring clear alignment between commercial priorities, financial targets, and long-term strategic goals. Represent Candy’s financial perspective in senior forums with clarity and credibility
  • Lead the forecasting process for Candy by shaping assumptions, aligning with business stakeholders, and reviewing outputs in partnership with FP&A. Ensure forecasts balance ambition with sound financial rationale
  • Monitor and assess business performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas requiring deeper analysis. Provide timely insight and recommendations to the GM and leadership team to drive performance
  • Translate financial and non-financial data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. Lead analytical deep dives and initiative modelling to support decision-making
  • Build strong relationships across game teams, marketing, and strategy, ensuring financial implications are embedded in key forums and decisions
  • Partner with stakeholders to evaluate new initiatives, contract renewals, and long-range plans, delivering robust financial analysis and modelling in partnership with FP&A
  • Play an active role in the broader Finance leadership community, contributing to cross-franchise initiatives, process improvement, and capability development across the function
