Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales, a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer), and be energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious. They should also be adaptable with demonstrable experience in high-velocity technology companies, possess experience using Salesforce, and have familiarity with open source technology, along with excellent communication skills across various channels and an understanding of Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC.
The Senior Commercial Account Executive, Growth will be responsible for prospecting and growing existing business across the APAC region, identifying and nurturing opportunities with existing customers, managing forecasts and tracking customer data, cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, articulating the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, managing the sales process from proposal to order, and becoming an expert in Salesforce while managing quote creation, order processing, and customer requests. They will also be responsible for understanding the customer's needs and forming strong working relationships both in person and virtually.
