Responsibilities

  • Conduct specimen collections (e.g., urine, breath, hair, oral fluid) competently at customer locations, following procedures, chain of custody, and customer requirements
  • Provide availability for collections during days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per business needs
  • Participate in 24-hour on-call rota on an equal basis, respond to calls immediately, and arrive on site within 2 hours
  • Remain current with processes by reading/acknowledging updates and attending audits to maintain competence
  • Any other reasonable duties as directed by management
