Responsibilities

Conduct specimen collections (e.g., urine, breath, hair, oral fluid) competently at customer locations, following procedures, chain of custody, and customer requirements
Provide availability for collections during days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per business needs
Participate in 24-hour on-call rota on an equal basis, respond to calls immediately, and arrive on site within 2 hours
Remain current with processes by reading/acknowledging updates and attending audits to maintain competence
Any other reasonable duties as directed by management
