Responsibilities

As a Collections Manager, the individual will lead, coach, and develop a team of associates to achieve departmental goals, strategically coordinate collection activities including auto dialer/list strategies, prepare work schedules, monitor team productivity, review and approve escalated collection actions, resolve escalated customer issues, analyze business reports to identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with company policies and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
