Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and demonstrate at least 10 years of progressive experience in financial reporting and analysis, particularly within the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and US Statutory accounting is essential, along with expertise in financial statement analytics and a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
As the COE Leader – Financial Statement Analytics, you will establish and drive the Center of Excellence to deliver best-in-class financial insights and reporting, ensuring high-quality financial governance and continuous process improvement. This includes defining and tracking KPIs, enhancing risk management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as FP&A, Actuarial, Treasury, and Regulatory Compliance. You will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient, standardized, and high-performing accounting functions, and foster continuous process improvement within the COE.
