4+ years of Software Engineering experience

Ability to complete 40 hours of sync training sessions and async training tasks
Familiarity with CodePath's teaching tools and instructional strategies
Ability to lead lectures for up to 50 students per section
Strong review and lesson preparation skills
Ability to manage, mentor, and support Assistant Instructors and Teaching Assistants
Regular virtual office hours and lab section participation
Ability to grade assignments and deliver feedback in a timely manner
Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Familiarity with CodePath's Career Center resources and technical interview prep workshops

Responsibilities

Lead lectures for Algorithms & System Design course (up to 50 students per section)
Manage, mentor, and support Assistant Instructors and Teaching Assistants
Hold regular virtual office hours and actively encourage student participation during lab sections
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with program goals
Integrate enrichment components like technical interview prep workshops
Foster a supportive community for students
Develop and implement instructional staff leadership strategies
Review and prepare lesson plans aligned with learner needs
Ensure all assignments and deliverables are graded in a timely manner
Participate in sync training sessions and async training tasks to build proficiency with CodePath's teaching tools and instructional strategies
