  • Willing to shower, change clothing and footwear before entering the biosecure facility
  • No jewelry except medical ID jewelry; body piercings covered by appropriate clothing
  • Willing to sign agreement to avoid avian species (chickens, ducks, birds, etc.)
  • Willing to sign and abide by Company Biosecurity and Company Animal Welfare Guidelines
  • Willing to wear company-issued facial coverings (essential function)
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds; may lift up to 100 pounds at times
  • Regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger/handle/feel objects/tools/controls, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, talk/hear, drive vehicle
  • Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus
  • Use safe lifting techniques
  • Preferred: previous agricultural or production experience

  • Vaccinate GP Chickens (50%)
  • Move pullets (40%)
  • Operate high pressure and regular water hose, maintain foot pans and hand sanitizers, clean and disinfect Cobb vehicles, maintain clean and organized work area (6%)
  • Move spike males (4%)
  • Comply with biosecurity and animal welfare protocols
