Willing to shower, change clothing and footwear before entering the biosecure facility
No jewelry except medical ID jewelry; body piercings covered by appropriate clothing
Willing to sign agreement to avoid avian species (chickens, ducks, birds, etc.)
Willing to sign and abide by Company Biosecurity and Company Animal Welfare Guidelines
Willing to wear company-issued facial coverings (essential function)
Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds; may lift up to 100 pounds at times
Regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger/handle/feel objects/tools/controls, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, talk/hear, drive vehicle
Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus
Use safe lifting techniques
Preferred: previous agricultural or production experience

Responsibilities

Vaccinate GP Chickens (50%)
Move pullets (40%)
Operate high pressure and regular water hose, maintain foot pans and hand sanitizers, clean and disinfect Cobb vehicles, maintain clean and organized work area (6%)
Move spike males (4%)
Comply with biosecurity and animal welfare protocols
