Candidates should possess optimism and a love for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout, as well as a passionate desire to help others become the strongest version of themselves and achieve their goals. They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and demonstrate a reliable and professional attitude, along with comfort coaching a class with loud music and high energy. Prior group fitness experience is a plus, but not required, and a minimum of fifteen hours of weekday availability per week (Mon-Fri) is needed, alongside the ability to coach a minimum of six classes, approximately nine hours per week, and at least one full weekend day per week.
[solidcore] coaches will lead clients through signature classes, educating them on resistance-based machines and empowering them to push through challenging workouts, while providing personalized attention and accountability. They will participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques, interact with clients and the fitness community, embody the [solidcore] brand and culture, and create a welcoming fitness space. Coaches will also be responsible for creating a fitness space that is inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities, and are expected to be comfortable on a mic leading a fast-paced class.
High-intensity, low-impact resistance training classes
Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards. Solidcore generates revenue through class bookings, memberships, and merchandise sales, aiming to make its services accessible to a wide audience while ensuring steady growth in the health and wellness market.
