Candidates must possess optimism and a strong work ethic, demonstrating a genuine love for health, fitness, and the solidcore workout, as well as a passion for helping others achieve their goals and become the strongest version of themselves. They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and exhibit a reliable and professional attitude, along with comfort coaching in a high-energy, mic-led class setting. Prior group fitness experience is a plus, but not required, and a minimum of fifteen (15) hours of weekday availability per week (Mon-Fri), the ability to coach a minimum of six (6) classes, ~9 hours per week, and one (1) full weekend day per week are also needed. Furthermore, the candidate must be available to coach a minimum of three holidays per year: One summer (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day); One winter (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day); One pre/post (Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve).
The Coach will participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques and best practices from the coach community, interact and form relationships with clients and the fitness community, embody the solidcore brand and culture, and create a fitness space that is welcoming and inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities. They will also be responsible for delivering personalized attention and accountability to clients in a group environment, and assisting clients with the use of solidcore’s resistance-based machines.
High-intensity, low-impact resistance training classes
Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards. Solidcore generates revenue through class bookings, memberships, and merchandise sales, aiming to make its services accessible to a wide audience while ensuring steady growth in the health and wellness market.
