Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development
Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development (Must Have)
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
15 years full-time education
Strong understanding of application support methodologies
Familiarity with database management and SQL
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues
Good to have: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure
Deploy infrastructure and platform environments
Create proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security, and performance
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes
Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices
Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on system changes and enhancements
Document solutions and processes to improve future support efforts
Align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization
