Responsibilities

Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence
Drive the evolution of Voodoo’s core technical stacks: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
Oversee the observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure proper monitoring and metrics
Define, maintain, and track the infrastructure roadmap in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
Support development teams in designing, evolving, and optimizing their infrastructure, promoting best practices for architecture and cloud security
Monitor and optimize cloud costs, implementing FinOps practices and ensuring cost-efficient use of resources
Proactively identify opportunities and anticipate challenges in platform and infrastructure operations
