Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with architecting, developing, and operating cloud solutions on AWS
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS networking and the following AWS services: CloudFront, CloudWatch, Lambda, EC2, ECS

Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and operate cloud solutions on AWS with a focus on automation, high performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
  • Take part in the definition of novel cloud solution designs and lead their development
  • Work in sprints with other engineers (backend, frontend, SRE, and other CPEs) as part of a cross-functional team to deliver new features into production
  • Collaborate with other squads in Product Development and Mission Control (InfraSec, IST) to ensure solutions fit into the Sonar platform
  • Contribute to your squad’s efforts in the investigation of alarms, SLOs, and incidents to maintain a high quality of service
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide timely support and address any critical system issues that may arise outside of regular working hours
  • Design and develop Cloud-based solutions and migrate existing applications to Cloud-native ones, implementing massively scalable services, automating all system operations, measuring and continuously improving service quality
