  • Act as a key advocate for the firm’s DevOps strategy, building relationships with business and technology partners to drive innovation
  • Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across various environments, enhancing the quality and speed of code deployments
  • Develop and implement best practices, standards, and supporting technologies to enable engineering teams and improve their efficiency
  • Work closely with software engineering and product teams to understand requirements, assess impacts, and deliver solutions that align with business goals
  • Enhance and streamline the developer experience by facilitating autonomy, standardization, and the adoption of best practices across the organization
  • Lead the adoption of DevOps and software development best practices with a subject matter expert mentality, ensuring high standards across the organization
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation for all developed processes and infrastructure components
  • Automate and optimize infrastructure and application deployments through scripting and coding in languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Terraform
