Responsibilities

Design, build, and enhance capabilities within SFM’s DevOps infrastructure, focusing on AWS, Azure, and hybrid multi-cloud environments
Act as a key advocate for the firm’s DevOps strategy, building relationships with business and technology partners to drive innovation
Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across various environments, enhancing the quality and speed of code deployments
Develop and implement best practices, standards, and supporting technologies to enable engineering teams and improve their efficiency
Work closely with software engineering and product teams to understand requirements, assess impacts, and deliver solutions that align with business goals
Enhance and streamline the developer experience by facilitating autonomy, standardization, and the adoption of best practices across the organization
Lead the adoption of DevOps and software development best practices with a subject matter expert mentality, ensuring high standards across the organization
Maintain clear and concise documentation for all developed processes and infrastructure components
Automate and optimize infrastructure and application deployments through scripting and coding in languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Terraform
