Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud solutions emphasizing identity management, networking, security, monitoring, backup, and automation
  • Create, manage, and support (troubleshoot) cloud components such as VMs/IaaS, Containers, Serverless, Storage, PaaS Databases, Load Balancing, Cost Management, CDN, API Management
  • Implement/integrate monitoring and diagnostics with native tools and external tools
  • Leverage IaC with native tools and Terraform, serverless automation, and orchestrate workflows to improve team efficiency
  • Deploy solutions according to best practices and business requirements
  • Manage identity services using native IAM, SSO, MFA, and RBAC
  • Configure VPCs, subnets, security groups, network ACLs; manage VPNs, Gateways, direct CSP-on-prem communication, VPC peering for secure connectivity
  • Leverage native firewall solutions and Load Balancers for network security and traffic management
  • Deploy native security solutions for continuous compliance monitoring; manage keys/secrets with KMS and apply security/control policies
  • Administer Backup and design disaster recovery strategies using integrated multi-region architectures
  • Develop PowerShell and Terraform scripts for process/activity automation in Azure
  • Handle Azure integrations with Power BI
  • Ensure performance, security, and reliability of cloud infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud operations and address complex challenges
