Must live and be licensed within the state of Arizona (specifically Gilbert, AZ or Phoenix Mountain Park, AZ)
Active, unrestricted license as LCSW or LPC in Arizona
For LCSW/LPC in AZ: Complete one of the following - at least 12 hours of training meeting state standards, approved clinical supervisor certification from NBCC/CCE, certification from International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium, or clinical member with approved supervisor designation from AAMFT
Complete the three-clock-hour Clinical Supervision Tutorial on Arizona Statutes/Regulations
Have been a Thriveworks Clinician for at least 3 months
Meets state regulatory requirements for providing supervision, including maintaining required license and certifications; those already approved by state board preferred
Active credentialing with required Incident-to panels in Arizona
Strong character: integrity, honesty, adaptability, quality of care
Ability to be appropriately assertive in coaching
Enjoys being part of a team and professional development

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians (diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling for diverse caseload: adults, adolescents, children, couples, families)
Provide weekly group supervision
Provide individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours (minimum 7 hours/week, varies by caseload)
Maintain a clinical caseload of 15-25 client sessions per week (no supervision-only roles)
Provide documentation oversight
Coach on professional and clinical development of resident clinicians
Complete weekly documentation as evidence of supervision sessions
Complete coaching documentation for disciplinary or performance concerns
Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance issues
Perform as outlined in the Clinical Supervisor Expectations document
