Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or a related field, or have equivalent healthcare experience. A minimum of 2 years of related experience or program certification from an accredited cardiac training program is required, along with the ability to obtain CRM product certification. Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures, and familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures are essential. Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities, detail-orientation, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Specialist will provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products, responding to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff. This role involves acting as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business, building and sustaining credible customer relationships, and sharing product expertise. Responsibilities include developing and leading training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals and providing back-up support to sales representatives. The specialist must apply engineering skills to interpret and solve complex clinical problems and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to achieve goals.
