Requirements

  • Ability to work in all departments of the hospital including the operating room environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare
  • Travel 50% - 75% of the time within the designated territory
  • Valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of clinical and product expertise and customer service to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and perform account development activities to create competent, confident clinical champions driving utilization of Monarch systems and scopes
  • Provide in-case procedural support, serving as a technical consultant and delivering education focused on creating competence to gain clinical support and confidence of physicians and clinical staff
  • Identify and act on educational opportunities, provide exceptional customer service, and technically complex case support
  • Act as a liaison between customers and corporate office for cases needing peer review, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of any complaints or technical issues
  • Regularly interact and communicate with peers to ensure strategic partnership and approach to meet account development objectives
  • Develop and maintain expert level knowledge on commercially available Monarch products and ability to deliver fellow/physician education programs
  • Develop professional education events tailored to each market with deep understanding of tools and resources available
  • Comply with and maintain an active and ongoing commitment to all company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to HIPAA, Sunshine Act, and Monarch Sales Guidelines on Interaction with US Healthcare Professionals
