Responsibilities

  • Schulen medizinischen Fachpersonals (Radiolog:innen, Angiolog:innen, Kardiolog:innen, Herz- und Gefäßchirurg:innen) zu Produkten wie dem Verschlusssystem Perclose ProStyle
  • Durchführen systematischer Trainings und Zertifizierungen von Anwender:innen inklusive vollständiger Dokumentation gemäß Qualitätsstandards
  • Begleiten interventioneller Eingriffe vor Ort im Krankenhaus zur Sicherstellung der korrekten Anwendung und Unterstützung bei komplexen Fällen
  • Mitwirken an der Entwicklung und Optimierung therapeutischer Konzepte im Bereich vaskulärer Verschlusstechnologien in Abstimmung mit medizinischen Fachabteilungen und Leitlinien
  • Integrieren von Value-Based Selling-Ansätzen, um klinischen und ökonomischen Nutzen in strategischen Kundenprojekten aufzuzeigen
  • Planen und durchführen strukturierter Fortbildungsveranstaltungen sowie Arbeiten an produktbezogenen Projekten mit definierten Zielen
  • Bearbeiten von Reklamationen nach standardisierten Prozessen in Abstimmung mit dem Qualitätsmanagement
  • Regelmäßiges berichten über Schulungsaktivitäten, Projektfortschritte und Marktentwicklungen – faktenbasiert und nachvollziehbar
