This is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, but the candidate must reside within the assigned territory in Orlando and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential.
The role involves providing technical support like device checks and implant assistance, operational support such as inventory management and documentation, and educational support by training physicians and staff on CRM products.
Clinical Specialists must be within their assigned territory each day, work a number of weekends and holidays during the quarter as determined by local management, and may provide weeknight call coverage as needed.
Candidates must successfully complete CRM Field Technical Training, including online and field-based training, and provide support post sign-off for technical, implant, and troubleshooting tasks.
