This is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, but the candidate must reside within the territory (Dayton, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Lexington, KY) and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential.
Responsibilities include providing technical support like device checks, implants, troubleshooting, and on-call coverage; operational support such as inventory management and documentation; and educational support by training physicians and staff on CRM products.
Candidates must successfully complete CRM Field Technical Training, including online and field-based training, and support implants, checks, and education only post sign-off.
Clinical Specialists must be within their assigned territory each day, work a number of weekends and holidays as determined by local management, and may be scheduled for weeknight call coverage based on business needs.
