Requirements

  • Knowledge of clinical supervision requirements for licensure and discipline-specific requirements (e.g., counseling, social work)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property management and external vendors for maintenance and lease compliance
  • Manage budget, staff-to-patient demand, financial performance, and operational efficiency
  • Provide clinical oversight, documented supervision of direct care staff, ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices
  • Develop and provide clinical trainings to support empirically supported interventions
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and medical directors to develop/implement patient care plans and facilitate program delivery
  • May carry a clinical caseload and recruit/maintain masters-level internship program
  • Implement and maintain quality improvement practices to measure/improve patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the organization’s strategic plan
  • Perform workforce functions: hire/train employees, performance management, staff development, communications, assign work, hold team accountable
  • Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, supervision requirements, and Life Safety Standards
  • Assist in investigating/resolving incidents, complaints, grievances; meet with patients/families to resolve concerns
  • Advocate for resolution of care issues and access resources for patients
  • Build/maintain high-performing team through leadership and mentorship
  • Build/maintain relationships with external stakeholders (payers, community partners, regulatory agencies)
  • Optimize capacity by working with outreach/leadership to meet community needs
  • Oversee all aspects of service delivery (clinical, educational, research) for specific product line (Residential DBT program)
  • Participate in strategic planning to identify goals/objectives for product line
  • Assure program implementation (design, development, delivery, outcome analysis) per regulations
  • Align patient care/service delivery with organizational standards across levels of care
