Prior experience in medical device sales or a healthcare setting, familiarity with medical terminology, and a proactive attitude are preferred.
The Clinical Sales Associate will provide in-field clinical support during procedures, offering hands-on guidance to physicians and clinical staff on the use of the Galaxy system. They will drive product integration and staff training through onboarding and education sessions, and support territory development and account growth by identifying opportunities and strengthening customer relationships. The role also involves engaging in consultative sales and KPI reporting, collaborating with sales leadership to understand customer needs and track performance, and working cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, the associate will collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Representative to deliver product support and contribute to program growth initiatives.
