Requirements

Candidates must possess a scientific degree, preferably an M.D., Ph.D., or Pharm.D., with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, or coordinating Principal Investigator activities. A sound understanding of the overall clinical development process and ICH/GCP principles is essential, along with fluent English language skills and the agility to work across different therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Research Medical Advisor will provide clinical and medical leadership for development and research programs, bridging study site operations and Medical Affairs. Responsibilities include gathering and acting on clinical insights to optimize trial implementation, driving investigator identification and recruitment, validating study designs, and ensuring fast clinical trial start-up. The role also involves providing clinical/medical expertise to operations teams and external experts, developing clinical trial plans, partnering with internal stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and data quality.
