Requirements

  • BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
  • Clinical account management experience
  • Strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze client data to identify trends and gaps
  • Experience supporting commercial and Medicare business
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Ability to be in-office 3 days per week (Pacific and Mountain time zones preferred; candidates not within reasonable commuting distance generally not considered unless accommodation granted)

  • Assist in the development of recommendations for savings and revenue opportunities
  • Assist in implementing new programs to meet strategic goals
