Requirements

Bachelor's or master’s degree in information science, biomedical engineering, medical laboratory science, or other related fields
More than 3 years of work experience in clinical information systems (LIS, HIS, etc.) and familiar with laboratory workflows analysis and optimization
Experience with big data analysis concepts and applications
Proficient in PowerBI report development and utilization
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D drawing capabilities
Excellent presentation creation and delivery skills and able to clearly convey complex technical content
Experience in activity planning, coordination

Responsibilities

Analyzing and optimizing clinical laboratory information systems and operational processes
Participating in the collection, organization, analysis, and management of clinical data, applying big clinical data analysis techniques
Using PowerBI to create reports and dashboards for data visualization and trend analysis
Using AutoCAD and 3D drawing software to assist in creating or modifying related flowcharts or equipment layout diagrams
Using advanced Excel analysis functions, especially VBA, for complex data processing and automation tasks
Collaborating with clinical, laboratory, and other cross-departmental teams to understand needs and provide information solutions
Maintaining and ensuring the stable operation and data accuracy of clinical information systems
Planning, creating, and executing marketing presentations and briefings related to products or projects
