Requirements

Degree as a certified Radiographer
Proven technical/clinical industry experience with Surgery/C-arms
Proven experience in theatre procedures and C-arms usage
Excellent interpersonal skills including team working skills and good communication skills
Self-motivated and willingness to take the initiative
Team oriented and strong customer satisfaction mindset
Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments
Ability to travel 70 to 80% of the working time

Responsibilities

Provide onsite clinical applications training to user’s equipment in given modality area
Co-ordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service and the Clinical Education Manager
Be the technical liaison to the sales organization
Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites
Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships
Promote unique differentiators based on customer’s clinical needs
Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders
Support Trade show/Workshops/show sites/Customer visits
Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education
Document trainings, site visits and Customer interactions
Deliver customer presentations at Classroom Education days and user events
