Requirements

Master's degree in behavioral health field
3 years of direct clinical practice experience post master's degree
Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse disorders
Experience using Motivational Interviewing
Good technological skills
INDEPENDENTLY ACTIVE, UNRESTRICTED behavioral health license in the state of residence
Proficient in Multisystem Navigation: Comfortable using multiple monitors and systems simultaneously
Effective Multitasker: Skilled at talking and typing concurrently while managing various responsibilities
Basic Technical Troubleshooting: Able to set up and connect essential hardware and resolve common technical issues independently
Digital Collaboration & Documentation: Experienced in electronic documentation and virtual collaboration tools
Highly Organized & Results-Oriented: Maintains a structured approach to work
Metric-Driven Performance: Demonstrates accountability by meeting or exceeding goals
Clean & Efficient Workspace Management: Keeps workspaces tidy and organized
Reliable phone and hard-wired internet service
Secure and private work environment (HIPAA compliant)

Responsibilities

Utilizes advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to facilitate appropriate member physical health and behavioral healthcare
Conducts assessment and care planning
Performs direct provider coordination/collaboration
Coordinates psychosocial wraparound services
Promotes effective utilization of available resources and optimal, cost-effective outcomes
Works with members to enroll them in the program offered through their insurance coverage
Available via phone, videoconference, and email during work hours (Mon-Fri 8-5 with 1 late shift to 7PM per week)
Ensures personal responsibilities, including dependent care, do not interfere with work duties
Meets additional reasonable requirements set by the Leader or Company
