Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in clinical social work or an equivalent qualification, and hold an independent clinical license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC. A minimum of two years of post-license experience is required, with experience in EAP or clinical call centers being preferred. Candidates without a state license to independently deliver mental health services will not be considered.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Care Navigator will manage crises, provide in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, ensure client safety, and connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities exclusively through phone and email. They will also contribute to process improvements, provide feedback to internal teams, and critically evaluate the care model, adapting quickly to new protocols and embracing change within a fast-paced, growing company. This role focuses on making a significant impact on the lives of over 10 million members by improving access to life-changing mental health care.
