Candidates must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentialed with at least 3 years of experience as a BCBA, demonstrating strong clinical skills and a diverse skillset. They should possess a proven ability to lead and motivate teams, coupled with exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who adapts well to change in a fast-paced environment and is adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
The Clinic Director will manage their own caseload, driving high-quality care and strong outcomes for clients, conduct behavior assessments and facilitate behavior programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, provide clinical supervision and direction to BCBAs and RBTs, partner with senior leaders to develop and improve clinical programming, facilitate parent training and support families, partner with intake and scheduling departments to ensure access to services, provide continuing education to employees and communities, oversee the growth of the clinic and related services, serve as a liaison between the organization and various stakeholders, and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including personnel and client issues.
