Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-7 years of related experience in financial services, Trust operations or banking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Assists Trust Officers and Wealth Management Advisors in managing assets and accounts
  • May serve as the primary contact for customers with large and complex accounts
  • Prepares and participates in court appearances and audits
  • Collects assets and sets up accounts
  • Initiate financial transactions, including ACHs and wires
  • Monitors investment activities
  • Assists managers and supervisors with Trust client escalation calls as they arise from Sales Managers, Wealth Management Advisors and Relationship Managers
  • Takes calls from the inbound Wealth Management general line and follows up on incoming sales leads
  • Maintains accurate customer database by creating and updating customer profiles in Salesforce
  • Assists on company projects related to the management of Salesforce and Docusign
  • Performs additional tasks related to the efficient administration of trust accounts for which the institution acts as trustee or agent
