The base salary range is $50,000 - $76,000 per year, with placement varying based on job responsibilities, geographic location, experience, and other factors. Base salary is part of a total compensation package that may include bonus or other variable compensation.
The role is listed as REMOTE, but eligibility requires primary residence within 90 miles of approved branch sites like DC, Marlton NJ, Arlington, etc. Most Fidelity roles are hybrid requiring onsite work every other week, but this does not apply to Remote roles.
Required qualifications include Series 7 license, Series 63 or ability to obtain within 90 days, and 2-3 years of financial services experience. Key skills include broad knowledge of financial planning concepts, proven customer service and problem resolution, strong communication, ability to influence others, and robust time management.
