Primary residence within a 90-mile radius of approved branch sites (Edina, Oakdale, Minnetonka, Brookfield, Middleton) at time of application
Series 7 certification required
Series 63 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
2-3 years of previous financial services experience
Broad-based knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts
Proven customer service, client support, and problem resolution skills

Responsibilities

Engage with customers via inbound calls, responding to inquiries including providing product and service level guidance
Process transactions including options, equities, mutual funds, fixed income trades, and other specialized monetary requests
Deliver efficient and responsive resolution for various client situations, owning case management, researching issues, and communicating solutions
Uncover opportunities and identify products/services to enhance client financial success, partnering with Financial Consultant
Collaborate with internal business partners to research and resolve complex client requests
Conduct proactive outbound calls to communicate resolutions or secure additional information to close requests
