Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in client/customer support, ideally in an early-stage start-up environment, and familiarity with customer support tools/software. A plus is experience as a vet technician or in the animal healthcare industry.
The Client Support Specialist will be one of the point-of-contacts for customer inquiries coming through various channels, troubleshoot and resolve first-line issues, coordinate escalated issues with relevant departments, facilitate call outs, proactively document rainy day scenarios, maintain Hubspot for documentation, and coordinate with Finance, data, and other departments on reconciliation and report generation.
