Requirements

  • First experience in a Client Success Partner or Customer Success Manager position (1-2 years)
  • Experience delivering business reviews, managing warning situations, and onboarding clients
  • Previous experience in the SaaS B2B industry (a plus)
  • Keen interest in the digital industry, education, and e-learning
  • Ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent French and excellent English proficiency (B2 minimum)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure contract renewals by coordinating technical, educational, and other resources
  • Ensure business impact of the 360Learning solution aligns with client objectives
  • Ensure renewal or signing of new contracts for accounts in your portfolio
  • Manage a portfolio of clients in high-touch and low-touch modes
  • Develop relationships with clients, including direct contact with top management
  • Master the product and company culture within one month
  • Familiarize with CSP team processes and tools within one month
  • Participate in customer meetings within one month
  • Take over a portfolio of existing customers within three months
  • Start new projects with prospects and clients within three months
  • Define learning transformation roadmaps with clients and identify needed resources within six months
  • Define retro-planning for initiatives and advocate for it within six months
  • Identify and document customer use-cases within six months
  • Work with Account Managers to identify new project opportunities within six months
  • Reduce churn by identifying at-risk customers and implementing remedial action plans within twelve months
  • Identify strong leaders within client teams within twelve months
  • Develop and share good business practices with the Client Success team within twelve months
