Position Overview

A successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer care, resolving moderate to complex problems, coordinating client requests, providing product training, managing product delivery and implementation, and conducting product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer care.
  • Resolve moderate to complex problems related to:
    • Credentialing
    • Technical support
    • Billing
    • Account maintenance
    • Data issues
    • File research
    • Product descriptions
    • Pricing
    • Intranet access requests
    • Security and compliance regulations
  • Coordinate client requests and service needs with appropriate internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Provide product training to users to ensure our services are used most within our client environment.
  • Manage the delivery and implementation of Experian products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to clients and potential clients.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • Experience with Mainframe or Access.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets).
