Bachelor’s Degree
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in an immigration law firm
Strong persuasive communication skills and enjoyment of working directly with clients
Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and processes

Responsibilities

Meet with potential clients to communicate the firm's value proposition, services, and benefits
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through exceptional customer service, empathy, and addressing concerns
Review information provided by potential clients
Sign up new clients, address concerns, and highlight benefits of working with the firm
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants for smooth client transitions
Provide accurate information about clients and cases for efficient case management
Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system
Provide regular performance updates to management and ensure accurate system reporting
Greet clients, answer calls, and perform front desk duties
Collect and process client documents, serving as a liaison between clients and the legal team
Oversee office tasks to maintain smooth daily operations
Handle additional tasks as directed by management
