Responsibilities

  • Perform all sales-support functions competently and effectively
  • Ensure self-discipline and high standards of client service with consistent & relevant follow-up and follow-through
  • Assist Sales Directors with sales pitches, client meetings and queries
  • Work closely with Marketing team to organise and host client events, and provide support to campaigns
  • Work with Client Service in Singapore and globally to coordinate efforts in supporting client needs
  • Collect data, coordinate and work closely with colleagues from various departments to complete client DDQs and RFPs
  • Assist with daily client email traffic, ensuring requests are managed efficiently and timely
  • Be well-versed in client account opening and maintenance procedures
  • Work with Legal, Compliance and Oversight officers on client onboarding
  • Work with Client Reporting to complete regular reports for clients
  • Upkeep the Salesforce database
  • Contribute to improvements in the working processes of the Sales team
  • Support Head of Hong Kong in basic office logistics and administration
