Requirements

  • Prior experience in a technical support role, preferably in Banking or Financial Services
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Client-centric mindset, passionate about providing top-notch service and enhancing the client experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information concisely
  • High energy and drive: self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering results
  • Collaborative mindset with demonstrated skills in relationship management across organizational boundaries, internally and externally
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently, driven by self-initiative
  • Proficiency in another European language (desirable but not essential)
  • Appetite for learning: ability to grasp and understand information and systems quickly (must pass an exam after a 4-week induction training)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact, fully dedicated to addressing a wide range of client inquiries related to Visa services, systems, products, and policies
  • Identify clients’ requirements and provide suitable solutions, escalating more complex or sensitive issues as appropriate
  • Consistently meet agreed-upon standards of quality and efficiency, with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of all Visa products and policies to ensure high-quality client issue resolution and client satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, effectively representing Visa
