Experience in payments or fintech
Experience in project management, including agile and waterfall methodologies
Ability to take full responsibility for the project lifecycle, including definition, approach, facilitation, and completion of client-facing projects
Skills in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks
Capability to develop realistic project plans and maintain regular, accurate communication with stakeholders
Experience managing expectations and aligning project plans with clients for efficient delivery
Leadership skills to provide effective guidance to project teams and address performance deviations
Mentoring and guidance skills to ensure adherence to delivery and quality standards

Responsibilities

Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
Managing assigned projects and tasks to ensure deliverables meet required quality standards within time and cost (hours) constraints
Ensuring effective, regular, and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders per agreed project governance
Actively monitoring and managing inbound and outbound dependencies, leveraging opportunities for economies of scale to save time or money
Ensuring project delivery and reporting comply with standards and corporate requirements, with clear monitoring of costs (hours) and timescales for senior management and stakeholders
Managing handover to support, including operational impact assessments and transition plans with client sign-off
Handling change control management and adherence to processes
Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Managing relationships with clients and all stakeholders
