Responsibilities

  • Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Managing assigned projects and tasks to ensure deliverables meet quality standards within time and cost (hours) constraints
  • Ensuring effective, regular, and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders per agreed project governance
  • Actively monitoring and managing inbound and outbound dependencies, leveraging opportunities for economies of scale to save time or money
  • Ensuring project delivery and reporting align with standards, are compliant with corporate requirements, and demonstrate control over costs (hours) and timescales to senior management and stakeholders
  • Managing handover to support, including operational impact assessments and transition plans with client sign-off
  • Handling change control management and adherence to processes
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Managing relationships with clients and all stakeholders
