Responsibilities

Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
Management of assigned projects and tasks, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards within time and cost constraints
Effective communication and stakeholder management, with regular and consistent updates per project governance
Actively monitoring and managing inbound and outbound dependencies, identifying opportunities for economies of scale
Ensuring project delivery and reporting comply with standards, corporate requirements, and demonstrate control over costs and timescales
Managing handover to support, including operational impact assessments and transition plans with client sign-off
Responsible for change control management and adherence to processes
Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
